Liam's starting to crack.
In The Bold and the Beautiful recap for November 13, 2023, Liam begins to crack after not getting his own way where Steffy is concerned.
In addition, Finn put Deacon on notice, Li and Poppy — don’t call her Penelope — got to the root of the former’s ire, and Luna and RJ acted like young lovers in love. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
Liam (Scott Clifton) tried to convince Steffy (Jacquelin MacInnes Wood) to not “put off the inevitable” and just leave Finn (Tanner Novlan) and come back to him. Finn may be her husband, but he’s Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) son. If Steffy is with Finn, she’ll also be “with her.”
But she can do something about that. She can cut the cord in the here and now. They were great together before. They can be even better now.

Steffy granted that they had great times together. And Liam did bring happiness to her life. Oh, and he gave her Kelly. She’ll always love him for that. But she can handle Sheila. She’s not running away or backing down or giving up her marriage. Not on account of that lunatic.
And she’s not going to leave her husband for anyone. Not even him. Liam scoffed. Their story isn’t finished. Heck, it’s barely even begun. They’ll find their way back to each other.
Off that convo, Liam headed to the office where he proceeded to ignore his work and have a one-sided dialogue with a picture of Steffy. “You know I never stopped loving you, right? You’ll come back to me. You will. You will. And when you do, I’m never letting you go again.”
Steffy, for her part, happily welcomed Finn home– fresh off telling Deacon (Sean Kanan) that Sheila is persona non grata as far as he’s concerned — and jumped at the chance to get amorous. Liam who?
Meanwhile, at Forrester Creations, Li (Naomi Matsuda) continued to yell. Luna (Lisa Yamada) would leave the company that very day, and Los Angeles too. Poppy (Romy Park) tried to reach her sister and tried to get at the root cause of their long-term estrangement. Surely, it’s much, much deeper than that affair she had with one of Li’s colleagues and the subsequent fallout. And, of course, it was.
Li unleashed a torrent of venom at her sister. How much she resented her easy-going attitude and her popularity when they were children. And then there was the fact that Poppy had been able to carry a child. Li will never know what it’s like to have that deep of a connection with a child. Poppy thought this meant progress, but Li disagreed. What she said changed NOTHING. Luna still has to go.
Across the hall, Luna assured RJ that the best thing he could do for his grandfather was keep loving him and being there for him. And when he needs someone, she’ll be there for him. Talk turned to mean old Aunt Li, and RJ beamed that she wasn’t in charge of who does and doesn’t work at FC — because she definitely wouldn’t approve of the kiss he laid on her niece.
