B&B recap for Monday, November 7, 2022, features Bill Spencer vying for Brooke Logan Forrester’s heart, Thomas Forrester trying for a kiss, and Deacon Sharpe getting cozy with Sheila Carter.
It was a game of hearts as three men made big plays for the ladies they love. Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) tried to show Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) a good time. Deacon did much the same with Sheila (Kimberlin Brown). Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) barely resisted Thomas’s (Matthew Atkinson) charms as her loving husband began to panic. Let’s take a deeper look at what happened.
Hope and Thomas continued to celebrate with champagne until she became a Debbie Downer. She talked about all the times they each let people down. Thomas realized she was talking about Liam (Scott Clifton) and flipped it around. Liam was the one who let HER down. Hope excused it by saying her husband has his reasons. Thomas told her she should stop focusing on the people who don’t show up for her and instead focus on the people who do.
Douglas Forrester came down to check on his parents and ask if he could skip school and come to work with them the next day. Of course, that was a no-go. But, they did agree to tuck him in together — which they did, off-screen.
Once Douglas was asleep, they returned to the living room for a little alone time. Thomas put all his cards on the table and tried to be as sizzling and dazzling as he could. He went over how Hope is the love of his life, and he would do anything to be with her. When he thought she was sufficiently manipulated, he leaned in for a kiss. What Thomas didn’t expect was for Hope to stop him. She outright told him it wasn’t going to happen.
Over at the cottage, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) visited Liam. He said he was there to read Beth a bedtime story but then asked about Beth’s MIA mother. Where is Hope? Liam told him the truth — she’s over with Thomas. Wyatt was furious. Why is Thomas always in their business?

After Wyatt left, Liam stewed about Thomas. The whole thing was infuriating. He got himself worked up enough that he grabbed his keys to run over there. No, wait, he can’t. He can’t leave Beth alone. He thought about it for a second, though, before coming to his senses.
Up at the main house, Bill tried to get Brooke to stop worrying about Hope. He promised to protect her and Hope from “The Dressmaker’s crackpot kid.” It wasn’t long before Bill was making yet another play for her. Brooke shut it down by whining about Ridge taking off with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). Oh, if she only knew why her husband left her.
Not to be outdone by Brooke’s obsession with her ex, he exclaimed he’ll always be her stallion. Oh, yes, he will, naying and braying and all. Brooke giggled at his effort to impress. See how good laughing feels, Bill asked. Then, he reminded her how good they were together and promised they could be that good again.
Meanwhile, Sheila Carter got a nice surprise when Deacon took her to Il Giardino for a secret night of romance. The whole place was shut down, and Deacon even disabled the cameras, so they were alone, and Sheila didn’t even need a mask.
Sheila was impressed with most of his efforts, but when Deacon said “bottoms up” instead of making a toast, she took issue. Surely he would have a big speech for her. He made it up to Sheila by swirling her around for a romantic little dance. Deacon then confessed he was falling for her. He liked how he never had to wear a mask or try to be someone he wasn’t.
