B&B recap for Friday, November 11, 2022, features Thomas Forrester realizing he had a problem as Douglas Forrester continued playing with their favorite piece of technology.
Thomas cracked down on Douglas’s good time. Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) shared a rather odd theory with Finn (Tanner Novlan). Meanwhile, Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) tried to talk some sense into her mother. Let’s take a deeper look into what went down.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Thomas went home and found Douglas playing with the voice-changing app again. Thomas took his phone and shut that down quickly. He didn’t even give Douglas a chance to explain what the app was. Ridge commented about how when he was growing up, there weren’t any apps. Thomas joked some of those apps can caning your life. Ridge made plans to play tennis with the kiddo before Thomas sent him upstairs to do his homework.
Once alone, Thomas asked Ridge if he was okay. No, he wasn’t. Ridge was upset Brooke didn’t admit to making the Child Protective Services call. Her lies and dishonesty hurt him. Thomas played along and drilled it in that Brooke wasn’t a good person. They both heard her voice on the call and know exactly what she’s like.
Ridge and Thomas agreed no one in the family needed to know Brooke was the one who made the call. Ridge even apologized for what Brooke put Thomas through. They then changed the subject to Ridge telling Taylor about the annulment. Thomas practically pushed his dad out the door to go tell his mother the good news.
Later, Thomas found Douglas with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) talking about the app. Douglas had tricked Donna with it again and was upset his saved voices were deleted. Donna was trying to help him restore them when Thomas shut that down. He then gently told Douglas to delete the app altogether.
Finn went to visit Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) at the office but found Taylor instead. He gave her Steffy’s coffee order, and they chatted about the goings-on with Ridge. Taylor said she had a lot of thoughts on Ridge ending his marriage, but ultimately, it was his decision. Taylor often wondered if Brooke actually loves Ridge or if she doesn’t want her to have him.

Finn left, and Taylor spent time alone staring at a pic of Ridge and replaying all the small moments that led to their romantic reunion. She snapped out of it when Ridge showed up. She asked how he felt after seeing Brooke and signing the papers. He didn’t look all that happy.
Over at the Logan house, Brooke updated Hope with the intel Ridge gave her. Ridge left her because of Thomas. No surprise there. Hope warned her to tread carefully when accusing Thomas of wrongdoing. What exactly is she even accusing him of? Brooke wasn’t sure, but she knows her instincts are usually right.
Hope tried to guide her mother in the direction of giving Thomas a chance — for Ridge’s sake. He’s not going to want to be with a woman who hates his son. Brooke was not about that life, though. She didn’t like Thomas, knew he was up to no good, and was standing her ground.
