People have been known to lie in life to get what they want. That doesn’t make it right, however. Still, that also doesn’t stop the men of The Bold and the Beautiful from lying right through their perfect teeth!
The Bold and the Beautiful — Secrets & Lies
We understand that characters have to lie to get what they want on soaps. That’s something to which Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) can attest. Soap Hub asked B&B fans which one of these has committed lies that are the most unforgivable. Find out whose pants are most on fire.
Dollar Bill Doesn’t Always Make Sense
Bill lies like a rug. In the same episode, he’ll profess his undying love to sisters Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Doesn’t he know that it simply can’t be both? Still, only about 8% of you think his lies are the most unforgivable. Why’s that? Maybe because Bill truly believes he’s not actually lying. He loves both women, and he doesn’t see anything wrong with letting them each know how he feels.
Bold and the Beautiful: Deacon Lies Like a Rug
Deacon might want to consider pursuing a career in acting. About 23% of you think he’d be super-successful as a thespian because he’s a convincing liar. The guy’s been very convincing as he’s assured both law enforcement and Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) victims that he knows nothing about the shooter’s whereabouts. B&B is set in Los Angeles, so all Deacon needs to do is enroll in a class, get an agent, and talk his way into casting sessions. He’s definitely got chemistry with women, so there’s lots of leading man potential. We bet Deacon could have his own streaming series in no time!
Thomas Forrester, Pants on Fire
The rest of you, 69%, believe that Thomas’s lies are the most unforgivable. Really? Thomas gets the majority of your vote? Does that make sense as Bill is once again lying to Katie about how she’s the only one for him when he’s trying to get back into Brooke’s good graces? And Deacon is letting a homicidal maniac run loose! Perhaps you find Thomas’s lies the most unforgivable because his fibs continue to affect a child — Thomas’s own son, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).
