As previously reported, Rena Sofer is exiting her role as Quinn Fuller this month on The Bold and the Beautiful. Viewers will have to tune in to see how the show deals with Quinn’s departure, which could be handled in a variety of ways.
The Bold and the Beautiful – Farewell Quinn Fuller
It’s always possible that Sofer will return to the canvas but that doesn’t mean the character can’t exit in dramatic fashion. Soap Hub asked viewers what they think Quinn’s future will be now that her portrayer is leaving.
B&B: Paternal Sacrifice
Quinn truly, deeply loves Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), and she knows he wants to be a father. It’s possible Quinn could get pregnant, but if she were to feel that’s not possible, she might make a sacrifice and leave town so that the man she loves can find another woman and have children.
About 37% of you believe this will be the reason Quinn vacates the canvas. Perhaps a woman from Carter’s past…say either Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) or her sister Zoe Buckingham…respectively…is either already pregnant or has had Carter’s baby? Quinn finds out and steps aside so he can have the family he’s always wanted.
Rena Sofer Leaves, Another Returns?
B&B doesn’t often recast, but the show has been known to find other performers when OG actors are no longer available to them. Many of you, 22%, believe that Quinn will be recast. This way, potential stories of an ugly divorce between Quinn and Eric Forrester (John McCook) and her romance with Carter can continue to play out.
Less Camera Time
There’s always the chance that B&B will simply refer to Quinn every now and then but simply not show the character. We presume the characters of Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) and her mother Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards), are living in Los Angeles, but they’re just not seen on camera. About 21% of you see this as an option with Quinn.
Quinn, RIP?
The rest of you, about 20%, speculate that Quinn will go out in dramatic fashion and be killed off. But the good news is that B&B characters have a way of cheating the Grim Reaper. Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), Dr. John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), and Dr. Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) have all proven that B&B characters who died don’t always stay dead!
