Ridge Forrester has many options in life on The Bold and Beautiful
Ridge Forrester and his turn as James Bond 007 to bring down Sheila is complete on The Bold and the Beautiful. Now, the fashion designer can turn his passion towards either work, family, or more intrigue — or maybe all three?
What should Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) do next? He can pretty much do anything he sets his mind to so the world is his to enjoy. Soap Hub posed this question to B&B fans. Find out the results.
Surprisingly, only a mere 3% say that Ridge should reconnect with Taylor (Krista Allen). As we saw last year in Colorado, these two have excellent romantic chemistry. You probably feel this way because you can’t see Taylor going back on her agreement with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). The world-renowned psychiatrist couldn’t look at herself in the mirror if she betrayed Braylor.
About 20% of you think that Ridge should pursue Brooke. Ridge was left fairly speechless when both Taylor and Brooke dumped him in Eric’s office late last year. Which lady was Ridge going to choose? We can see that answer being Brooke. After all, she and Ridge are each other’s destinies.
Surprisingly, 25% of you — that’s more than Taylor and Brooke combined — want Ridge to find someone new. There are a few candidates on the canvas, but B&B would do well to bring on a brand new leading lady for Ridge. New characters are vital to the future of soap operas. Imagine Brooke and Taylor weighing in with their thoughts on a new love for Ridge.
The majority of you, 52%, want Ridge to take a break from having a love life. He’s been attached to one (or more) woman pretty much since the show began over 36 years ago! Ridge can throw himself into his designs and pay attention to his son Ridge ‘RJ’ Forrester, Jr. (Joshua Hoffman) and help get him re-acclimated with his family. Of course, love will probably re-enter Ridge’s life as soon as he decides to give it up for a while.
