Should Ridge Talk Sense Into Bill Spencer on The Bold and the Beautiful?

So far nobody has gotten through to Bill Spencer on The Bold and the Beautiful regarding his new relationship with Sheila Carter. His sons and the women in his life have all failed to get Bill to see the light. Could an unlikely person, namely Ridge Forrester, be able to talk some sense into Bill?

The Bold and the Beautiful Best Enemies

Bill (Don Diamont) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) have a long-running feud. But maybe Ridge can get Bill to realize what he’s doing is wrong. Soap Hub asked B&B fans if they think Ridge is the right person to get through to Bill.

It’s Worth A B&B Try

Some of you, about 23%, say that yes, Ridge should try to reach Bill. It can’t hurt? And if Ridge were to somehow convince Bill that he was making a bad decision, then everyone (except for Sheila) is a winner. The idea of Ridge and Bill ever meeting on common ground may sound absurd; however, we didn’t think that Taylor (Krista Allen) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) would ever be pals either! Go for it, Ridge!

Bold and the Beautiful: Bill Spencer Is A Lost Cause

Many of you, about 24%, say that sure, Ridge can make an effort with Bill. However, you’re certain that it won’t do any good. Bill and Ridge are like oil and water. They’re never going to see eye to eye. Bill never likes to be told he’s wrong so Ridge trying to point out the folly of Bill and Sheila would be a waste of time.

The Opposite B&B Effect

The rest of you, around 53%, say that Ridge trying to reason with Bill will have a negative impact. If Ridge thinks Bill should walk away from Sheila, then Bill will ask Sheila to marry him. If Ridge tells Bill that Sheila’s a bad person, Bill will declare that Sheila’s a saint.

Sure, everyone knows that Sheila’s no saint. Still, Bill will balk at Ridge’s input. The best thing that Ridge can do is leave Bill alone. They’re almost as bad for one another as Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) is for, well, anyone!
