Soaps are all about conflict, and Finn Finnegan and wife Steffy are in a big one on Bold and the Beautiful right now. Sure, Sheila saving Kelly was a good thing. Heck, it was a great thing — but it’s still causing a rift in Steffy and Finn’s marriage. The good doctor is in the dog house, rightfully so.
Finn Finnegan: B&B Bad Babysitter
Finn (Tanner Novlan) not only gave his mom a supportive hug after she managed to beat numerous charges related to her past crimes (sorry, Dr. Jay Garvin — no justice for you!), but he also is leaning into her good deed saving Kelly rather than being alarmed she was even near his extended family.
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), of course, is happy Kelly is alive, but she’s not blinded to Sheila’s potential for danger. (She shoots practically everyone.) Should Finn lose everything because he’s supporting Sheila? Soap Hub posed this question to B&B fans.
Not Without My Bold and the Beautiful Mother
Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) has some pretty understanding supporters. About 17% of you pointed out that Finn should not lose anything. The facts are the facts. Sheila is Finn’s mother. Sheila saved Kelly (Sophia Paras McKinlay) by jumping into the Pacific after Finn (WHAT were you thinking?) turned his back on her to consult with a nurse over a patient in a phone conversation that seemed to last longer than the baby Beth is alive saga!
Finn Finnegan: A Time Out
Steffy certainly needs to give Finn a hard time. Not as much as he forgot to unload the dishwasher or fold the clothes. Seriously, Steffy can read Finn the riot act, but then they need to find a way to move forward. These two cheated death to be reunited. They can’t throw that away. That’s how 26% of you feel.
Bold and the Beautiful: Bedside Manner
Finn, you need to think. It doesn’t matter if Sheila saved your whole family. About 57% of viewers who responded to this poll think that you’re insane to forgive Sheila. Did you frisk her for a weapon on the beach? She has shot you, your wife, your mother-in-law Taylor (Krista Allen), and your mother-in-law’s former BFF Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). But wait. There’s more.
Sheila also nearly drove your mother, Li (Naomi Matsuda) to her death. You do remember Li, right? Also, Sheila’s the woman who ruined your parents’ marriage. Oh, sure, you wouldn’t be here without her, but instead of hugging her and defending her, just send her a nice Mother’s Day card. Unsigned, of course.
