For years, The Bold and the Beautiful kept things lively and fans on their toes with the forever war between Forrester Creations and the House of Spectra, but that is no more in 2023.
The Bold and the Beautiful Polling
In 2017, B&B tried to revive the House of Spectra with the first Sally Spectra’s (Darlene Conley) grand niece, also known as Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). This younger, scrappy redhead gave it the old college try and could have been a replacement for her flamboyant grand aunt, but alas, things didn’t work out and the character was shipped off to Genoa City and The Young and the Restless. Does the show need another rival fashion house full of ‘have-nots’?
A B&B Blast From The Past
A small 6% of you would love to see another have-not fashion designer appear, but you want her to be someone who you already know and are all for the return of Jackie Marone (Lesley-Anne Down). Nick Marone’s mother has not been seen in nearly a decade, but her presence and fashion prowess are badly needed to shake things up at Forrester Creations. She can also be a spoiler in the romance between Eric (John McCook) and Donna (Jennifer Gareis).
The Forresters Are In A Class By Themselves
Another 11% of you feel there is a reason every rival fashion house has failed on this soap over the last 26 years. The Forresters are the one and only in this fictional version of Los Angeles and nobody can compete with them. You want to see fine fashion and not cheap knock-offs when you turn on B&B.
The Bold and the Beautiful Spectras Are Needed
Sally has made a fine mess of her life in GC while pregnant and torn between two Newman men. Maybe it’s time she returns to LA with her daughter and tries to revive the House of Spectra once again, say 37% of you. Maybe this time, she can use her own designs and rent space without worrying about Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) wanting to build a skyscraper where her office is located. She can even invite her sister Coco (Courtney Grosbeck) to help her considering she once had a romance with a newly-returned RJ (Joshua Hoffman).
Time For Someone New
Forget the old and bring in someone new say the final 46% of you. The show needs new blood and since this is a soap opera that revolves around the fashion industry, that new blood should be a fashion designer trying to make their way in the world without inheriting their jobs.
