Although Katie’s reassured Quinn that she and Eric are just friends, Quinn remains unreasonably jealous of her.
After spying Katie (Heather Tom) give Eric an innocent kiss on the cheek, Quinn nearly lost it. She had an elaborate fantasy about accusing Katie of coming on to her man that ended with Quinn clobbering Katie over the head with a candlestick.
Fortunately, she was able to control herself from lashing out. However, Quinn did warn Katie about staying away from Eric, yet again. Soap Hub polled fans of The Bold and the Beautiful about how Eric should handle his wife’s episodes of jealousy.
Tell Her to Stop
It’s pretty simple to 42% of you. Eric (John McCook) needs to lay down the law and tell Quinn to stop, warning her that she’s risking ruining their relationship. Her behavior toward Katie has been uncalled for, unwarranted and unacceptable.
Eric and Katie are just friends, plain and simple. Katie’s gone out of her way to try to put Quinn’s mind to rest on the subject, but to no avail. It’s up to Eric to get things under control.
He Can’t Do A Thing
Eric’s hands are pretty much tied, say 38% of you. Quinn is who she is, and he can’t do anything about it. Eric knew the score when he married her. While Quinn has changed because of his love, the demonic voices in her head apparently continue to linger.
It’s going to be a constant battle for Quinn to continue on the straight and narrow and ignore them.
Be As Transparent As Possible
The remaining 19% of you think Eric’s only option is to be as transparent as possible with his conflicted wife.
Quinn’s a needy woman, so he’ll have to reassure her of his love and fidelity constantly. Of course, there’s also the option of therapy, which he should probably strongly suggest, too. Perhaps with professional help, Quinn would really be able to complete her metamorphosis.
