Does B&B’s Thomas Forrester Deserve Another Chance at HFTF?

Thomas Forrester has hope of getting back in at Forrester Creations on Bold and the Beautiful, thanks to Hope for the Future’s (HFTF) mixed reviews. We figured it was only a matter of time before Thomas was welcomed back into the family fold, but it is happening rather quickly.

This isn’t the first time Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) got back in good with his family. He got a big pass after the family accepted him for staying silent after finding out baby Beth was alive. Does he truly deserve yet another chance with his family? Soap Hub posed this question to B&B fans.

Forrester Creations may be a family business, but it’s still a business. If Thomas is good for the company courtesy of his designs, then perhaps the family needs to put aside their personal feelings about Thomas’s moral character and hire him back. That’s how 13% of you feel. Plenty of people in the business world have their positions because they bring in the bucks — not because of their ethics.

Thomas Forrester — It’s Over

Many of you, about 38%, feel that no, Thomas simply does not deserve a second chance. There are plenty of other designers at Forrester Creations who can step in and help HFTF have a future. No one person should be that integral to a company. Even if Thomas starts designing again for Forrester, he needs to do it remotely so he can’t meddle in other people’s lives.

The rest of you, about 49%, say that, of course, Thomas deserves a chance to return to work at Forrester Creations. In fact, he never should have been ousted because his actions, as immoral as they were, had nothing to do with the company or his work for it. Thomas wanting his parents back together is a personal matter. It has nothing to do with business, making dresses, or raking in profits.
