We don’t know Deacon Sharpe’s middle name on The Bold and the Beautiful but some think that it’s ‘Trouble’ with a capital T! Others, however, see the character differently as evidenced by his recent trip to see Ridge Forrester in order to plead Brooke Logan’s case.

So, is Deacon (Sean Kanan) a good guy at heart? Or is he a royal screw-up? Or something in between? Soap Hub posed this question to fans and here are the results of the voting.

Deacon Sharpe’s A Good Guy

Look no further than Deacon going to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to tell him he needs to give Brooke another chance to realize what a good guy he is. If he were looking to capitalize on the current situation, he’d be inviting Brooke over to Il Giardino and offering her a drink. But Deacon’s not doing that. He cares about Brooke and is doing what’s best for her. The majority of you, about 49%, say that Deacon’s a good guy.

I’d Like To Buy A Bold and the Beautiful Clue

No doubt the “Bridge” fans have weighed in on this poll as about 44% of you believe Deacon doesn’t know what’s going on around him and he’s got no direction in life. Honestly, that sounds like Ridge talking.

Sure, Deacon didn’t have to circle back to Brooke’s on New Year’s Eve to retrieve his phone but he had no idea that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) had swiped Brooke’s non-alcoholic drink with the real thing. Maybe Deacon should realize that Sheila is behind everything and then, he can get Ridge to try again with Brooke?

The Bad and the Bold…and the Beautiful

The rest of you, about 7%, say that Deacon is bad. If he truly cared about Brooke, he’d avoid her totally. Deacon can still have a relationship with Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle), his daughter, without ‘poking the bear’ (Ridge) by hanging around Brooke. Even though Deacon and Brooke didn’t have sex, Ridge was right in predicting no good would come of his presence.
