Is There Still Hope For Eric and Sheila on The Bold and the Beautiful (BB)?

On The Bold and the Beautiful (BB), Eric ripping up the divorce papers Quinn had just signed would suggest that Quinn and Eric (Quic) are back on, and Sheila and Eric (Sheic) are never, ever, ever getting back together. That would be to any normal person.

Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) is not a normal person.

Never say die, never say never — Sheila never met a problem she couldn’t solve. Whether it be through blackmail, drugs, bees, or Dobermans.

Taking that into consideration and channeling Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber, do you think there’s a chance for Eric (John McCook) living happily ever after with Sheila? Or, at least, a weekend in Vegas?

Save Eric, cry 80% of you. It doesn’t matter who does it, just as long as Eric is made to understand that Sheila = Universal Symbol For No. It can be Pam (Ally Mills) who convinces him. It can be Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

It can be Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), it can be Katie (Heather Tom), it can be Bill (Don Diamont). Heck, even those of you who, a few months ago, were railing against Quinn, are ready to accept the minor sociopath, just as long as it keeps Eric away from the major psycho.

In other words: Anyone But Sheila.

Never Sheila.

Fear Not
It’s not that 19% of the audience want Eric with Sheila. It’s just that they fear it’s inevitable. Whatever Sheila wants, Sheila gets, and even Quinn (Rena Sofer) will be powerless to stop her.

Sheila is already sitting for her Forrester matriarch portrait, for Pete’s sake! She’s practically moved in.

And, let’s be honest, Quinn isn’t going to be able to resist Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) for long. If she could have before, she’d have done it before. She couldn’t, she didn’t, she won’t.

And that’s going to be just the wedge Sheila needs to worm her way back in.
