Is Steffy Wrong to Keep Finn from Sheila on The Bold and the Beautiful?

Steffy Forrester Finnegan and Finn are finding out the first year of marriage is indeed the hardest on The Bold and the Beautiful! Finn’s caught between a rock and a hard place wanting to keep his wife and son safe while at the same time he wants to get to know his biological mom, Sheila Carter. Steffy, understandably, doesn’t feel safe in Sheila’s presence.

Steffy Needs To Take a Bold and Beautiful Stance

Is Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) right to keep Finn (Tanner Novlan) from Sheila? Sure, it’s demanding but who can blame Steffy given Sheila’s wicked past, which includes having shot her mother, Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo). Soap Hub posed this question to B&B viewers. Read on for the results!

B&B’s Steffy Is In The Right

There’s an old joke about grooms needing to learn the expression, “Yes, dear” when talking to their wives about an issue. However, in this case, Steffy is in the right according to over 73% of you. Sheila’s committed a host of crimes and is an expert at manipulating people. She knows how to play innocent, and, unfortunately, Finn is susceptible to his birth mom’s performances as she plays the victim in this situation. If Finn knows what’s good for him, he’ll listen to his wife and give Sheila her discharge papers.

A Bold and Beautiful Compromise

Marriage is all about compromise, so maybe Steffy could let her new husband, Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan, have supervised visitation with Sheila on the condition that the naughty nurse not be allowed to see her grandson, Hayes. Finn will realize in time that Sheila can’t be around his family and this way, Hayes will be none the wiser. Almost 25% of you feel that Steffy could make this compromise so that Finn finally wakes up to the fact that Sheila is too dangerous to be near his family.

Family First

A small percentage of you, just over 2% in fact, feel that Steffy should not stop Finn from getting to know Sheila because she’s the woman who brought him into the world. She shouldn’t ask him to not have a relationship with Sheila. But given Sheila’s dangerous past, is that really feasible? Stay tuned to find out!
