Hope Is Ready To Give Rome And Thomas The Kiss Off

In addition, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) tried to get across that she was well aware of Hope (Annika Noelle) and Thomas’s (Matthew Atkinson) indiscretions but neither one of them noticed. Also, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) surprised Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) with a little musical interlude. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.

B&B Recap: A Lull On The Runway

Inside the Forrester Creations private plane, Hope, Thomas, Steffy, and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) anxiously awaited Brooke and Ridge’s arrival.

During a private moment, Thomas confided in Hope that he was excited to get back into production while she declared that she was itching to see her family. Also, she strongly suggested that what happened between them in Rome should stay in Rome.

Steffy, who’d spied Thomas and Hope’s interaction, saddled up to Hope with something clearly on her mind. Hope assumed that Steffy wasn’t exactly pleased by the news that Ridge and Brooke had reunited but offered that, as the preview had been such a smashing success and that their parents were happy together, may she should chalk up a win.

Steffy granted that the preview had been successful — Hope must feel like she was on some kind of high. As expected, Rome had worked its magic, and Steffy was so sure that the experience would be one that Hope would never forget.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: A Private Audience

Meanwhile, back at the villa the FC contingent had been calling home, Brooke bid Ridge sit and relax and hinted that she just might have one more surprise up her sleeve. In short order, the sounds of several musical instruments filled the room, which the couple followed.

Down in the courtyard, Italian music maestro Andrea Bocelli tinkled on his piano and crooned A te. Afterward, Brooke properly introduced a starstruck Ridge to Andrea and his family — wife Veronica and daughter Virgina –and revealed that they were in the Bocelli’s residence.

Elsewhere, his and Hope’s home to be exact, a weary Liam (Scott Clifton) sat and replayed the previous day’s events repeatedly in his head. Wyatt (Darin Brooks) came calling to find out why his brother wasn’t on “vacay” with his wife forcing Liam to relay what went down in Rome. Wyatt was gobsmacked.

But was Liam sure of what he saw? Could there really be no mistaking what happened? [Apparently, someone remembers Mannequingate.] Liam insisted that he saw what he saw…and what he saw was his wife betraying him with the one person she knew would end their marriage.

Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Take The Hint

Returning to the FC airplane, while Carter quipped to Hope how thrilled he was that the trip hadn’t been plagued by scandal, Thomas sat opposite Steffy and guessed as to her sour mood — she’s upset that their dad chose Brooke. Steffy didn’t correct Thomas, but she did retort that she just wasn’t prepared for being so surprised by the goings on in Rome. “Definitely a kiss of fate.”
