Do You Miss Sally Having A Front Burner Storyline On The Bold And The Beautiful?

Courtney Hope hit the ground running and gave a nice shot in the arm to the story canvas on The Bold And The Beautiful when she debuted as Sally Spectra, the namesake and grandniece of the original played by the late Darlene Conley. But things are different now!

After a front burner romance with Thomas Forrester (then, Pierson Fode; now, Matthew Atkinson) and battles with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), Sally took a break from the action.

She returned about a year ago and found an unlikely romance with Wyatt (Darin Brooks), who had broken up with from Katie (Heather Tom). Sally and Wyatt split and he took up with ex-flame Flo (Katrina Bowden).

Since then, Sally’s been simmering on the back burner. Are you ready for her to see some action once more? Soap Hub asked this question to BB fans. Read on for the results!

Rise Sally Rise
Take note, BB! Over 90% of fans that responded say, yes, you want to see Sally in the thick of things with her own storyline! Veteran fans of the show recall that when the original Sally came on, the show started getting really interesting.

Suddenly, Forrester Creations had a rival on the scene. Sally knocked off Forrester originals and did her best to steal the fashion house designs! Hope’s Sally could get Thomas back on the right path. (The guy can’t be all bad, can he?) Another option would be to have Sally fight for Thomas and tell Flo that she’s not going to get her ex back so easily!

Spectra Sidelines
The rest of you, less than 10%, say that you don’t miss Sally having a front burner tale. BB, after all, is a half-hour soap and there are plenty of folks on the back burner who are also in need of a story including Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke), Thorsten Kaye (Ridge), Quinn (Rena Sofer), and John McCook (Eric), for starters.
