Thomas is desperately seeking happiness. He returned to The Bold and the Beautiful to make sure that his father didn’t break his mother’s heart for the third time. However, he’s not going to get his wish this time around. Ridge’s rash decision could cause his son to desperately seek happiness in his own life.
Ridge Calls Off His Engagement to Taylor
Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) is back in town, yet we haven’t seen him interact with Hope (Annika Noelle, who has thoughts on Hope’s love life). He’s been busy talking to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Taylor (Rebecca Budig), and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). Thomas bragged to Brooke about his father marrying Taylor, but that’s no longer true. Ridge broke off his engagement with Taylor.
Thomas is seeking happiness. He called off his engagement to Paris (Diamond White) and no longer works as the lead designer for Forrester Creations. He’s at a crossroads, discerning what will make him happy. For Thomas, that is seeing his parents get married again.
However, that’s unlikely to happen. Ridge told Taylor that he couldn’t marry her because he still loves Brooke. But that doesn’t mean that Taylor is going to give up easily. She will spiral and crash out, begging him to take her back. As for Thomas, he will have to look elsewhere for happiness as he spirals as well.
Will Thope Get Back Together?
Hope is currently engaged to Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), who wants to get married as soon as possible. Meanwhile, Liam (Scott Clifton) has been making it clear that he wants Hope back. He wants to get back together for the sake of their daughter. But this is a soap opera, so anything could happen.
Hope’s love life could get even more complicated with Thomas in the mix. He might do anything to win her back, and he might even be willing to wait to get married this time around. As B&B fans remember, their relationship ended when Hope rejected several of Thomas’s proposals because she wasn’t ready to marry.
Ultimately, Hope will leave Carter and choose Liam or Thomas. Once again, these two will fight over her heart. Carter could end up with Daphne (Murielle Hilaire), who’s willing to pick up the broken pieces, as she’s done before. Thomas might get desperate once he learns that Ridge called off his engagement. He could go back to the one woman he truly loved and tried to make things work again.
