The Bold and the Beautiful’s Will Spencer found himself in a difficult spot. He walked into the showroom, expecting to see Electra alone. He didn’t anticipate seeing her locking lips with his archnemesis, RJ Forrester. Instead of confronting them, he walked away.

Key Takeaways

  • Will refused to let his ego make his decisions for him.
  • He didn’t want to lose his job at Forrester Creations.
  • He’s also not the type of person who immediately reacts, like his father, Bill Spencer.

Will Refuses to Be Like His Father

Will (Crew Morrow) proved that he’s nothing like his father, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). He’s been faithful to Electra (Laneya Grace), even with all they’ve been through. Instead of acting out when he caught RJ (Brayan Nicoletti) and Electra, he chose to walk away rather than make matters worse.

B&B viewers questioned Will’s love for Electra. He was clearly upset by what he saw. But he didn’t let that dictate his feelings. Will had the option to call them out and to get into a fight with RJ.

But instead, he let his feelings stir inside. He made a mess of the reception area before walking out of Forrester Creations. Will is the type of person who processes his feelings later.

He was in shock and had to think about what he saw. When he returned to the beach house, he told Dylan (Sydney Bullock, who explained why Dylan is betrayed by Electra) not to tell anyone about RJ and Electra’s kiss. This wasn’t a throwaway line. It proved that he didn’t want it to turn into a huge drama.

He Didn’t Want to Lose His Job

Will wasn’t sure if he still had a job at Forrester Creations. But he didn’t want his feelings or his relationship with Electra to affect that. He told Dylan he didn’t want to get fired for fighting with RJ.

Instead, he took his future into his own hands. The following day, Will returned to Forrester Creations with a resignation letter. He told Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that he was willing to quit his job, so Electra wouldn’t feel awkward about their breakup.

Steffy refused Will’s resignation letter. She wasn’t going to let him go because he was a hustler. It’s hard to find young people who are ambitious and hard-working. So, she begged him to stay.

Will Seethed With Jealousy

Will doesn’t want to admit it. But he was jealous when he saw Electra lock lips with RJ. It tore him up inside. That’s why he allowed Dylan to kiss him, even if he’s not interested in her. His mind and heart and fully focused on Electra.

At the time, Will thought, “What’s fair is fair.” He knows about Electra’s secret kiss with RJ. So, he assumed that he could keep his kiss with Dylan a secret for now.

Will’s walkaway doesn’t suggest that he gave up. It’s a power move to regain control of a situation he lost. He didn’t want the situation to escalate. Rather, he wants the truth to come out on its own.

Everyone has been gossiping about Will and Electra’s situation. All of this talk is bound to get out of control. Will’s hurt because Electra was supposed to be faithful to him, no matter what happened.
