Hope (Annika Noelle) hasn’t been herself lately. She’s living up to her tarnished reputation. Daphne (Murielle Hilaire), Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), and Taylor (Rebecca Budig) have agreed that she moves from man to man, manipulating them into loving her. It happened when Hope cheated on Liam (Scott Clifton) with Thomas (Matthew Aktinson). Then, she tried to have Steffy’s husband, Finn (Tanner Novlan), for herself.
Since then, she’s been in a whirlwind romance with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Hope got off on the creative passion and power that the relationship brought her. For a hot minute, they had free rein of Forrester Creations. Now that Carter has given the company back, Hope isn’t sure where to turn.
But she was able to find another willing man—or so she thought. On the Friday, May 16 episode of B&B, she gave her heart to Liam. He encouraged her to forgive Carter and make their relationship work. Hope still wants her future to be with Liam despite cheating on him and leaving him because he had an undivided heart.

There’s no doubt that Hope’s been through a lot. She used to put purity and morality above all else, but that quickly changed when she found out what a passionate relationship felt like. Also, her dating record hasn’t been the best. Hope chalks it up to poor parenting. Hope grew up with a mom who also jumped from man to man.
Her father wasn’t any better. Deacon (Sean Kanan) cheated on Bridget (Ashley Jones) with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), which is how Hope was conceived. Hope tried to be nothing like her parents, but she failed. Unfortunately, she didn’t have a moral compass to look to. And maybe that’s what she needs.
Hope needs to find her moral compass again so she doesn’t repeat the same mistakes. She also needs to stay single for the time being. What she needs is to focus on herself and her family.
