Liam’s Unique Case
Bridget (Ashley Jones) shocked Liam (Scott Clifton). He didn’t want to see her in this condition. Liam told Bridget that he wanted to keep his medical emergency a secret from his family. Bridget was confused. She didn’t understand why Liam didn’t want to tell his family and inner circle what was happening with him.
Liam didn’t just hurt his head. He also bruised his ego. He doesn’t want to put his family under this kind of stress. Also, Liam promised Kelly (Sophia Paras McKinlay) that they would attend the daddy-daughter dance together. He’s hoping that he can follow through on that promise. He doesn’t care if he has to hobble his way there. He’s determined to make it happen.

What Bridget’s Return Could Mean
Liam’s medical emergency seemingly brought Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) back into his orbit. He credited her for saving his life. Meanwhile, Hope (Annika Noelle) brought up her marriage to Liam in a conversation with Deacon (Sean Kanan). But what if the show goes in a different direction?
Bridget could be the one who ends up falling in love with Liam. His grim diagnosis could bring them closer together. This could be the start of a beautiful relationship. After all, Liam vowed at the end of Wednesday’s episode that he wants to be a better person and put love first. He’s not taking anything for granted. Maybe that love will end up being with Bridget. We would love to see it happen.
Sure, it would be deliciously messy and soapy. Steffy has already moved on with Finn (Tanner Novlan). She doesn’t need Liam since she’s happier than ever. This new pairing could cause a conflict between Bridget and Hope. We’d love to see Hope’s reaction to Liam and Bridget ending up together. We’re excited to see how this storyline will play out.
