Hope and Carter haven’t set a wedding date yet. On the Wednesday, October 1, 2025, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Carter makes a swift business decision that he might back out on.
Impromptu Business Meeting
Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) gathered all of his facts and arguments in order to make his case. On Wednesday’s episode, he asked Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to reconsider his support for Hope for the Future.
Carter noticed it still had a strong presence on social media, even if the numbers hadn’t been adding up. He was willing to fight for Hope (Annika Noelle—who thinks Hope needs a relationship timeout), even though her heart is all over the place.
Meanwhile, she was speaking with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) about her conflicted heart. Brooke advised her to take back Liam (Scott Clifton), who’s still in love with her.
Hope realized that the reason she can’t commit to Carter and Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) is that she didn’t love them the way she loves Liam. Also, she hasn’t gotten over Carter’s betrayal of giving back the company.
However, the reason Hope divorced Liam was that he was never fully committed to her. Did she forget about the pain he caused her for much of their marriage?
Impromptu Wedding Ceremony
Ridge accepted Carter’s proposal. So, now he was ready to make another commitment. Carter told Hope the good news about her fashion line coming back.
He also suggested they should get married as soon as possible. Hope just confessed to her mom that she was still in love with Liam. She recalled the moments they shared together, especially when they almost lost Beth.
The reason Hope couldn’t love Thomas in that way was due to his involvement in that matter. “Thope” fans lost today, while “Lope” fans might get their favorite couple back together.
