The Bold and the Beautiful key moments for Wednesday, August 13, 2025, spell trouble for Ridge. He’s back from Italy, along with Eric and Brooke. What happened in Caprice is certainly staying in Caprice because Ridge isn’t saying anything, especially to the person he needs to talk to the most. Check out today’s dramatic episode.
Warm Welcome
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), and Eric (John McCook) got quite the warm welcome from Katie (Heather Tom) and Donna (Jennifer Gareis). They were especially glad to see Brooke home and safe and sound. After Ridge left, Brooke was quick to blab about her special moment with Ridge in Caprice. He saved her life and kissed her. He promised her that he would make everything right.

Meanwhile, Ridge returned home to Taylor (Rebecca Budig), who was looking forward to seeing him again. She wasn’t sure if she would lose him again. Taylor told him that she was busy making wedding plans while he was away. She also commended him for saving Brooke’s life in Italy. But she warned him not to let Brooke use that as a bargaining chip to get him back in his life.
L.A. Or Bust?
Thankfully, Nick (Jack Wagner) is safe and sound. All that’s bruised is his ego. He blamed himself for the boat disaster. Nick told Brooke that he had something special planned. Brooke wanted to know what it was. He pulled a ring box out of his pocket and proposed. He assumed that he had to leave Los Angeles with a broken heart.
But shockingly, Brooke accepted his proposal and uttered the words, “I love you, too.” What happened to her destiny, Ridge? What else went down after their kiss? Why did she change her mind? Did she not hear the words that Ridge told her after she drowned?

Meanwhile, Ridge hasn’t changed his ways. He kissed Brooke in Italy and admitted that he couldn’t live without her. Yet, he’s going along with Taylor’s wedding plans and making it look like they’re happy. He can never say what’s really going on in his mind and his heart. A leopard will never change its spots, especially one that loves two women at the same time.
