Nick made his big return to The Bold and the Beautiful. His appearance took Brooke by surprise. We weren’t surprised, as this was months in the making. B&B fans have been buzzing about his return, as this was much needed for Brooke, who’s still hung up on Ridge. As excited as we are for his return, we also have many questions.
How Long Will He Stay?
Nick (Jack Wagner) was happy to return to Los Angeles. At first, it was assumed that Wagner’s appearance would be brief. However, Brick’s storyline will continue into July. Wagner was spotted filming with the B&B cast and crew in Italy on social media. This means that Nick and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) could fall back in love while they’re there.

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) won’t be happy about this. He prefers Brooke to be alone, miserable, and pining after him. He doesn’t like it when another man wants her. Her ex prefers it when she’s available for him, at all times, even when he’s not. Hopefully, this means that Nick will be sticking around for a while.
Why Didn’t It Work Out Before?
When Brooke and Nick reunited, it was like nothing had happened. Time didn’t pass. They were back to their old selves. And they still had a lot of chemistry between them. Obviously, they make a gorgeous couple. So, why didn’t it work out before?
Well, they broke up because of Brooke’s feelings for Ridge. She couldn’t get over him. Nick has tried to win her back before—this isn’t his first rodeo trying to wrangle Brooke. Nick wanted to break her free from Ridge. However, Brooke’s lingering feelings eventually led to Brick’s split, which already spells trouble for the couple.

An Anchor For Bridge?
Is Nick just an anchor for Bridge to eventually reunite? This relationship might not work since Brooke is still in love with Ridge. She’s convinced that he’s her destiny. Nick would be the perfect man to help her realize that there are better men out there. But she might not be as happy with him as she is with Ridge. This could lead her to leave Nick for good. If that’s the case, this will be disappointing news for Brick fans, who are hoping for a reunion or even an engagement.
