This week’s messiest move goes to Bill on The Bold and the Beautiful. He has no idea the kind of monster he unleashed on Los Angeles. Luna is out for blood. If it wasn’t for him, Steffy and Finn would be safe.
Bill Says Goodbye
Bill (Don Diamont) used his wealth and power to pardon Luna (Lisa Yamada). He believed she deserved a second chance. Luna’s letters got to him, and from there, the two grew closer together. He only got to know Luna’s good side. She claimed that she had a temporary bout of insanity when she killed Hollis (Hollis Chambers) and Tom (Howard Clint).
The two bonded over their shared childhood trauma. Bill empathized with Luna because he also didn’t have a stable parental figure in his life. Even though he pardoned Luna and has forgiven her, he doesn’t want anything to do with her. Bill said goodbye to Luna when she asked for his help.

The Damage Is Done
Bill doesn’t want any part of Luna’s mess. However, the damage is already done. He created an even bigger monster by coddling her and setting her free. Luna doesn’t think she needs to take accountability for her actions. His pardon is enough.
Bill unleashed a serial killer on Los Angeles. Now, he wants nothing to do with her. Because of this, Luna will be on a dark path, creating havoc among the residents, including the Finnegans. She desperately wants love in her life, but she has trouble seeking it since no one else wants her. Even Sheila (Kimberlin Brown), the Supervillain, didn’t want to get in trouble with her granddaughter.
