How Will Luna Handle Being the B&B Daughter of Bill Spencer?

Savvy Bold and the Beautiful viewers know a teasing backstory when they hear it. Bill and Poppy shared a night at a musical festival decades ago, which makes him a likely candidate to be the father of Luna, Poppy’s daughter. Luna, right now, is wondering if Bill could be her dad — and has asked her mom point blank.

All My Children

It would certainly be congruous with Bill (Don Diamont) that he has a child he knows nothing about. His sons Liam (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) came as a surprise to Bill. He doesn’t like to stick around long enough to find out if the women he’s involved with are bearing his children. So why would Luna (Lisa Yamada) be any different? In fairness to Bill, Poppy (Romy Park) might not have attempted to tell the publishing magnate he was going to be a dad. How might Luna respond to finding out she is a Spencer?

Rebellious Phase

It’s possible that Luna will explode and act out against everyone once she learns the truth. But why would she do that? It’s not like Luna has been pestering her mother to reveal her dad’s identity. She’s moved forward and appears to be at peace. Luna will have a lot of reactions but we don’t see anger being one of them.

A Daughter’s Anger

We expect to see Luna respond negatively to one person when she learns the truth — that person is Bill, of course. Luna will eventually learn that this is Bill’s pattern when it comes to paternity. He really isn’t in the picture much. Luna’s going to have some harsh words for Bill whether he knew the truth about her or not.

Happy Days

Of course, if Luna were smart — and she is — she’d be thrilled to discover that she’s a Spencer. That will give the fashion lover a direct tie to Spencer Publications, which puts out Eye on Fashion, the industry’s leading magazine. Luna can approach Bill as a businessman. She’ll draw up a proposal for a venture that she can ask her father to finance. That way, everybody’s happy!
