Something strange is going on with Dr. Buckingham (Cassandra Creech). She was in a hurry to get Bill’s (Don Diamont) dollars. He had to wire one million dollars as soon as possible, so she could perform an experimental procedure on Liam (Scott Clifton). While it’s risky, it could extend his life.
However, this procedure is still in the early stages and hasn’t been FDA-approved. Bill and Liam want to take this risk, but the risks alone might not be worth it. If something goes wrong, it could be a costly and deadly mistake. Bill’s already paying for his sins, as it is.

Should Bill Be Blamed?
The billionaire outcast is doing whatever it takes to save his son’s life. He feels that he owes it to Liam, especially after their fight. But he’s been making his share of mistakes lately. Bill uses his money and power to do good. Or, it seems like a good idea at the time. Yet, it always backfires.
Bill has been blamed for releasing Luna (Lisa Yamada) from prison. Now, she’s shot Liam. Bill has taken accountability for his actions. He admitted his wrongdoing in releasing a convicted murderer. He wants to own up to his mistakes. However, he could end up with another regret.
