Luna is causing trouble in Los Angeles. Clearly, she needs to be stopped. And the only person who could bring her back to prison is Bill, not Will. He needs to take accountability for the mess he created on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Why Will Got Involved
Will (Crew Morrow) came up with a clever way to get information out of Luna (Lisa Yamada). He lied to her about his breakup with Electra (Laneya Grace). Will acted as if Electra were stiff as a board, and what he really wanted was a bad girl like Luna. He was hoping that his good looks, charm, and kisses would get her to open up to him.

But Luna doesn’t fall that easily. She’s smarter than that. Luna kept asking Will why he was really there. She knew that most of L.A. wanted nothing to do with her. It seemed random that he suddenly broke up with his girlfriend. Then, she found out that Will was wearing a wire and trying to get intel out of her.
Bring In Dollar Bill
Will sacrificed himself to save the Forresters from Luna. However, it should’ve been Bill (Don Diamont) who released this monster. Katie (Heather Tom) was hysterical when she found out what happened to her son. She was right about him ending up in danger.
But instead of blaming Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), she should’ve given Bill the riot act. He is the reason for what’s happened. Her precious son could’ve gotten killed. It’s time for Bill to take accountability for his mistake and for creating an even bigger monster called Luna.
