Who’s joining and exiting the casts of The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless?
Days of our Lives
Arianne Zucker is reportedly out as Days of our Lives’s Nicole Walker DiMera. In a lawsuit filed against Corday Productions Inc., executive producer Ken Corday, and former co-executive producer Albert Alarr, Zucker alleges that when her contract came up for renewal last October, she was presented with a “take it or leave it” offer and effectively terminated in retaliation for filing a complaint against Alarr last year.
A spokesperson for Days responded to the claims via a statement, noting that “The allegations in Ms. Zucker’s lawsuit are without merit. Corday Productions offered to renew Ms. Zucker’s contract including offering her a pay increase. Rejecting Ms. Zucker’s counteroffer does not constitute retaliation. Complaints about Mr. Alarr’s on-set behavior were promptly investigated. Corday Productions fully cooperated with the impartial investigation and subsequently terminated Mr. Alarr.”
Zucker’s character is currently off the canvas in a move dictated by the storyline. However, she will be back and continue to air for a few months due to the show’s advanced filming schedule.
Finley Rose Slater makes another appearance as Rachel Black. She airs on Thursday, February 15 in scenes with her TV parents, Eric Martsolf’s Brady and Stacy Haiduk’s Kristen.
General Hospital
Steve Burton’s much-hyped return as Jason Morgan is getting closer by the day. The actor began filming scenes back at General Hospital last week and is set to make his return to the soap on March 4. The character last aired in 2021, when he appeared to die in a tunnel explosion on Cassadine Island.
Jacqueline Grace Lopez pops back in as Blaze on Tuesday, February 13. Look for Molly (Kristen Vaganos) to learn that the singer and her sister Kristina (Kate Mansi) are more than just friends.
The Young and the Restless
Poor Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) nightmare continues to live on – literally, on The Young and the Restless. Colleen Zenk resurfaces as psychotic Aunt Jordan. Look for the evil character to find a new way to target her nemesis on Thursday, February 15.
Elizabeth Hendrickson pops back in as Chloe Fisher, Kevin’s (Greg Rikaart) wife, this week.
Finally, that was Weston Woods playing the waiter who interacted with Traci (Beth Maitland) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) at a Paris cafe.
The Bold and the Beautiful
Meanwhile, over at The Bold and the Beautiful, Naomi Matsuda makes another appearance as Dr. Li Finnegan. She’ll share scenes with Romy Park’s Poppy on Monday, February 12 as the two siblings argue about Poppy’s life choices.
