The Young and the Restless
Rory Gibson is joining The Young and the Restless cast as Noah Newman, Sharon (Sharon Case), and Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) son; a role last played by Robert Adamson. The actor’s credits include the TV movies, A Night to Regret and Twisted Twin, and the film Severed Road. He’ll begin airing this fall.
Hunter King and Michael Mealor, who recently exited Genoa City as Summer Newman and Kyle Abbott, are already back on set filming scenes. The popular couple is back for a few episodes scheduled to air in October.
Sean Carrigan wrapped up his run as Dr. Ben “Stitch” Rayburn. He returned to the soap in June.
Days of our Lives
Good news for Days of our Lives fans. Bryan Dattilo inked a new one-year contract with the soap, which means Lucas Horton will be prominent in the storyline moving forward.
On the Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem front, Peter Porte takes the role of ISA agent Kyle Graham. Porte previously played Ricky Williams, Paul’s (Doug Davidson) son, on The Young and the Restless from 2011 to 2012.

GH revealed Charles Shaughnessy’s new role with the soap. He’s portraying the very much alive Victor Cassadine. Thaao Penghlis (Tony, Days of our Lives) last played the role in 2014 when the character “died.”
After a short break, Jeff Kober is back as drug lord Cyrus and wreaking havoc from behind prison walls. Also on the Port Charles crime front, Bart Tangredi has been playing Mr. Buscema, and Glenn Taranto is playing Victor Novak.
Patrick Gibbons Jr. made some quick appearances as Wyatt Hoover. The Raging Raccoon scout was last on the soap in 2019.

Over at The Bold and the Beautiful, Shireen Crutchfield is back as Forrester Creations model Sequoyah on Tuesday, September 7. She’ll share scenes with Delon de Metz’s Zende.
