Who’s coming and who’s going from the soap opera casts of The Bold and the Beautiful (BB), Days of our Lives (DAYS), General Hospital (GH), and The Young and the Restless (YR)?
Here’s a list of the top exit and entrance news from all four daytime dramas. Find out if any of your favorite performers from yesteryear are returning to the shows you follow, or if any new actors or actresses have been cast in contract, recurring, or day-player roles.
Four stars are heading home to Days of our Lives for the holidays. The special visits begin on Thursday, December 22, when Kyle Lowder pops in as Rex Brady to see his parents, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow).
Lamon Archey returns as Eli Grant on Friday, December 23. The character surprises his grandmother, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), and brings his twins, Jules and Carver, with him.
Marci Miller is back for a special appearance, too. Look for the late Abigail DiMera to have a special fantasy moment with Billy Flynn’s Chad DiMera on Friday, December 23.
Cady McClain is also popping in on the soap opera as Jennifer Deveraux on Friday, December 23, just in time to hang the ornaments on the Horton family’s Christmas tree with her husband Jack Deveraux.
Last, but not least, Cary Christopher makes another appearance as young Thomas DiMera. He’ll air on Friday, December 23.
Michael Damian returns to The Young and the Restless scene as Danny Romalotti. The rock star pops into town to visit family and friends on Thursday, December 22. Damian made his last appearance on the soap opera in 2013.
Over at The Bold and the Beautiful, Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) gets a surprise visit from her mother. Cassandra Creech is back on the scene as Dr. Grace Buckingham on Wednesday, December 21, and Thursday, December 22
Dick Christie returns as Forrester Creations’ head of security, Charlie Webber, on Thursday, December 22, and Friday, December 23. He’ll be joined by his onscreen love interest Alley Mills, who plays Pam Douglas on the soap opera.
There are a few appearances on the kid front, too. Jordyn Lynn Ariza is back as Beth Spencer, Sophia Parras returns as Kelly Spencer, and Henry Joseph Samiri continues as Douglas Forrester. The trio of youngsters air on Wednesday, December 21.
The MIA Joyce Guy is finally back on the canvas at General Hospital as Phyllis Caulfield. Look for Charlie’s owner and operator to interact with Cynthia Watros’ Nina Reeves.
B&B is one of four soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include Days of our Lives (DOOL), General Hospital (GH), and The Young and the Restless (YR). The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
