Thomas is at a career crossroads on The Bold and the Beautiful, having been passed over for the CEO position at Forrester Creations.

He feels his sister, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), was handed a job he’s worked towards his entire life. The move has not only rendered Thomas resentful, but also made him think that he’s hit a dead end at Forrester.

As a result, he’s begun giving thought to making a career move, like perhaps starting his own company. If Sally Spectra’s niece can do it, why not him? Fans weighed in on what Thomas should do about his career.

Move on to Spectra
It’s time for Thomas to move on, say 63% of you — and specifically to Spectra. He’s already connected with the up-and-coming Sally (Courtney Hope). And, after seeing her sketches, he knows she could use his help when it comes to designing.

Moving over to the rival fashion house would be a strategic move for Thomas and the perfect way to stick it to his family for passing him over.

He’s a premiere designer and totally keyed into what young America wants. You believe he would be an overnight success and take the entire industry by storm.

Stick It Out at FC
Sure, Thomas’s feelings may be hurt and his ego may be a little bruised, but 11% of you think he needs to get over it and stick it out at Forrester.

He’s a vital part of the company as one of their top designers. Eventually, he’ll get his chance to lead FC. He just has to bide his time.
