The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers (BB) for Tuesday, August 1 kicks off with Dollar Bill Spencer holding the results as the world awaits word on who won the Forrester vs. Spectra fashion challenge.

And the Winner Is…
We’ve talked about the Forrester/Spectra fashion duel.

We’ve had Katie (Heather Tom) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) promoting the Forrester/Spectra fashion duel, and we’ve had Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Sally (Courtney Hope) trash talking each other over the Forrester/Spectra fashion duel.

Finally, we had the Forrester/Fashion fashion duel.

Finally…

It was swimwear. Some of which had metal attached to it. That sounds like a drowning — not to mention rusting — risk.

And now Bill (Don Diamont) is ready to announce the winner. But first, he stalls. And talks about the children. You know, from the vague charity that does… something for them?

Hey, remember when Steffy told Bill she wanted to win fair and square? No dirty tricks? Just an honest vote.

The way that Bill was dreaming about his beloved tower, do we really think he’s planning to play by the rules?

Will he read out the actual winner’s name like he promised?

Thomas (Pierson Fodé) wasn’t too concerned about being an absentee dad to Douglas while the tot lived in New York City with Caroline and his grandmas, and Thomas had Sally to keep him entertained in Los Angeles.

But one little death-watch, and suddenly he’s all mopey on the beaches of Monte Carlo.

Bill lied about Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) being ill, which set Thomas into a shame-spiral about his parenting up to now.

Caroline wasn’t ecstatic about what Bill did, but she didn’t exactly correct him, either. Still, her conscience is bothering her. Will she do the right thing and let Thomas off the hook? Or has she decided to go all in with Uncle Bill’s lie?

All’s fair in love (and death) and war, no?
