The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Thomas’s Manipulations Wore Hope Down!

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Tuesday, May 21 featured a day of horrific manipulations, looming secrets, and a glimpse into a new kind of future as things begin to shift for the LA crowd.

That dreaded fake note “from Caroline” sent Hope (Annika Noelle) into a tailspin. She believed her good friend was truly talking about her and she is destined to be a mother to Douglas.

In a stroke of luck for Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), Douglas awoke from a nightmare crying for his mom. Hope ran to be by his side, took the little boy in her arms, and held him until his fears subsided — just like a real mom.

Meanwhile, Liam (Scott Clifton) leaned on Wyatt (Darin Brooks) as he worried about his future. Shockingly, Wyatt was not as supportive as Liam expected.

Sure, he felt bad his brother’s life was falling apart but Wyatt asked some serious questions, especially when it came to what Liam really wanted.

He asked if there was a part of Liam who really did want to be with Steffy and the girls. Being married to Hope is great but he could have so much more if he went back to his family.

All the while, Flo (Katrina Bowden) and Shauna (Denise Richards) got settled into the Forrester Mansion. It was their first, official night in their new home and they could not believe their good fortune.

Quinn (Rena Sofer) also felt like one lucky woman. Her family finally felt complete with these two back in her life. Her new wish was for Flo and Wyatt to make things work so they can officially become a real little unit. W
