The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, July 8 features Xander digging for dirt and Thomas almost getting everything he wants. Hope put on his ring but that was as far as she was willing to go.
Yes and No
Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) pushed, prodded, and manipulated Hope until she finally said yes. She agreed to marry Thomas for his son’s sake and give the little boy a family. But, there was no joy in her eyes. In fact, after putting on the ring she went to her room to make sense of it all and remember better days with Liam.
When she came out she was shocked to find Thomas with his shirt unbuttoned ready to make love. It was all way too much way too fast and Hope put an end to that. She sent Thomas home to spend the night at the main house. Being engaged is one thing, going to bed together is another. Thomas was bitter but he left and went home.
Stay Out Of It
In the main house, Liam (Scott Clifton) tried to race tot he cottage but Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) interceded. It is not their place to make Hope say yes or no. They need to let her decide her future and support her no matter what.
Xander Got What He Needed
Meanwhile, Xander (Adain Bradley) set out to prove what he already knew — Thomas had a hand in Emma’s death. The security tapes proved he chased Emma off the property but he needed concrete evidence he was at the crime scene.
Poor Charlie walked into the security room an overheard Xander talking to himself about Thomas being a killer. Xander snipped at him a little too hard to shut down the conversation. However, the seed was planted. Will Charlie look into the accusation?
Xander then had it out with Zoe and raced to the Logan estate. He got into Thomas’s unlocked car, found the key in the console, and started up the GPS system. There, on the screen was all he needed. It showed Thomas pulling over right where Emma died. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
