The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: The Gut-Wrenching Truth Ripped Steffy Apart

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, August 9, 2019, features a day of reality rocking the LA crowd. Steffy and Hope faced off over the baby, Ridge held Flo’s future in his hands, and Wyatt had some apologizing to do.

You’re Not Going Anywhere
Fireworks exploded in the design office and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) vowed to make all three women pay — especially Flo.

However, before they decide their fate he and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) needed to be with their daughters. Their family is in a mess and there is no good way to sort it out.

So, they left the office with the women’s IDs in hand. They can’t get far without a driver license, right? Hopefully, none of them try to go on the run. (Hey Ridge, ever heard of Uber?)

Happiness and Pain
The cliff house was the scene of sorrow as Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) tried to comprehend what was going on. Her brain could not process what was happening or that the little girl was not hers anymore.

Hope (Annika Noelle), and Liam (Scott Clifton) turned her world upside down when they revealed they were taking their daughter home. Poor Steffy was beside herself. Hope promised to keep Steffy in the baby’s life. She raised her this long and they would never break that bond.

Their parents’ arrival did not help much. Ridge tried to play peacekeeper for his daughter while Brooke showed little compassion for Steffy. She was too excited for Hope’s future to think about anything else. In fact, Brooke only added fuel to an already intense fire.

Look Who’s Sorry Now
Meanwhile, Sally (Courtney Hope) had quite an odd day. First, she received high praise from Eric (John McCook) and then a deep apology from Wyatt (Darin Brooks).

Her ex came to the design office in tears to express his regret over how he treated her. As it turns out, his new flame was an awful human bring. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
