Five Amazing Facts about Bold and the Beautiful’s Linsey Godfrey

The “Bold and the Beautiful” (B&B) star Linsey Godfrey is once again up for a Daytime Emmy Award for her role as Caroline Spencer.

As one of the most popular actresses on B&B, fans can’t seem to get enough of her, so Soap Shows wanted to share some fun facts about the starlet you may not know.

5. Accomplished Angler

Many people might now know that Godfrey is quite the accomplished angler. She’s been fishing for most of her life and still enjoys the sport.

4. Cancer Survivor

In 2006, Godfrey was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. She took action right away and completed her treatment over seven grueling months. She’s in remission now, and looking forward to a long, happy life.

3. The Car Accident

Tragedy almost occurred in 2015 when Godfrey was mowed down by an out of control vehicle while walking on a Los Angeles sidewalk. She suffered from broken bones, but her injuries could have been much, much worse. She made a full recovery within just a few months.

2. Her First Big Role

Godfrey got her first big acting gig in 2006 when she joined the cast of Surface and made an enormous impact as Caitlin Blum. The NBC sci-fi series only lasted one season, but it put Godfrey on the map!

1. A Soapy Romance

Godfrey started dating Robert Adamson in 2013. Their whirlwind romance led to a fast engagement and the birth of their daughter, Adela, in 2014. Unfortunately, their relationship ended in 2015, but the two co-parent their little girl and remain on great terms.
