The B&B recap for Friday, January 6, 2023, has much celebrating taking place, plus equal amounts of concern and a dash of self-doubt.
B&B Recap Highlights
In this episode, Taylor Hayes’s (Krista Allen) enthusiasm really rather brought down the tone in the cliff house. Elsewhere, Bill Spencer demanded Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) convince him of her sincerity, and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) wondered what had her ex-husband so down. Now, let’s take a deeper look into what went on.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: One Or The Other
All Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wanted was for her husband to hold her until the nightmare that was their present past, and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) was more than happy to oblige. Of course, things are never that simple, so enter bright-eyed and bushy-tailed Taylor, who could barely contain her glee over Sheila’s imprisonment.
Yes, Sheila in county lockup was the best thing that has happened to the Finnegan/Forrester clan in quite a while, and Taylor wanted to celebrate…but first, a visit from Los Angeles’ friendly neighborhood Deputy Chief. Would Steffy and Finn mind going over their statements with Baker (Dan Martin)? No, they wouldn’t, declared Taylor. In fact, they’d love to do whatever possible to ensure Sheila’s indefinite stay behind bars.

And normally, that would be the case, but, seeing as how Bill has promised to name Taylor as his would-be-assassin if Steffy and Finn insisted on pressing charges against his new squeeze, the marrieds are in a bit of a pickle. Sort of damned if they do, damned if they don’t.
Bold and Beautiful Recap: Love Connection
Bill is determined to get to the bottom of Sheila’s feelings for him. Does she “like” like him? Does she love him? He really, really wants to know. He’s desperate to know. He’s thisclose to sliding her a note across the table asking her to check either the ‘Yes’ box or the ‘No’ box. It’s pathetic really. But Sheila is game.
Of course, she loves Bill. Of course, she’s in love with Bill. She’s been head over heels crazy for him for weeks, ever since they met up on a lonely stretch of beach and got to know one another on an intimate — though not physical — level.
Bill is the only man for her, and to be frank, she’s the only woman for Bill. Unlike the Brooke Logans (Katherine Kelly Lang) and the Katies of this world, Sheila won’t try to change Bill, to mold him into the kind of man that she wants him to be. Bill is the kind of man that she wants. More power to her.
B&B Recap: Eyes On The Prize
Katie is starting to worry about Bill, and though Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) isn’t too thrilled hearing that, he can’t help but be impressed with how wonderful his new lady love is. It’s almost as if Katie is too good to be true. Carter is one lucky, lucky man.
