A Li and Sheila Bold and the Beautiful Showdown Is Everything We Need

Sheila Carter has made more than her share of enemies on The Bold and the Beautiful and she’s recently added another nemesis to that list. Her affair with Jack Finnegan may have happened years ago, but that doesn’t mean that Jack’s wife Li isn’t any less hurt by it. B&B has set the stage for a Sheila/Li showdown and we can’t wait to see it!

The Bold and the Beautiful: Sheila V. Li

Sheila wasn’t in Los Angeles very long all those years ago when she started creating conflicts. She immediately connected with Eric Forrester (John McCook), which earned her the mistrust and wrath of Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery), Eric’s ex. Sheila also fought with Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman), who came over from The Young and the Restless.

Li is equally motivated to go up against Sheila. Not only does Sheila have her sights set on Li’s son Finn (Tanner Novlan), but she’s been intimate with Li’s husband Jack (Ted King). Li is both wary of Sheila, given her past behavior but let’s face it – she might also be a bit jealous and perhaps, rightfully so. After all, Sheila had a fling with Jack, the man Li loves.

Mother’s Daze on B&B

The beauty of Sheila being back is that Bold and the Beautiful viewers know just how diabolical she can be. Sheila’s also capable of being downright cruel. We can see her rubbing in Li’s face that her son is truly Sheila’s. And if it strikes Sheila to remind Li that she and Jack had been intimate? Well, we can see Sheila going there, too.

But let’s not forget that while Sheila may be Finn’s birth mother, Li is the one who raised him. She kissed his scraped knees, taught him how to tie his shoes, gave him an allowance, helped him with his homework, and played a pivotal role in Finn becoming the man – and doctor – he is today.

Jack and Sheila may have had a fling together decades ago, but Li and Jack have a life together. They’ve been with each other for decades. Sure, Sheila’s a myopic looney-tunes psycho when it comes to wanting babies, but Li is a driven and focused mother, too.

After all, there’s nothing more powerful than a mother’s desire and need to protect her children and home. If Sheila thinks she can push Li around, she might find herself on the receiving end of some serious pushback.
