Who Did This Cutely Accessorized Little One Grow Up To Play On Soaps?

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but we wonder what good is a picture when you can’t recognize the subject? Above is a snapshot of a future star of soaps, but can you guess who this adorable wee one grew up to be?

Star Of The Soaps

Obviously this young lady (now all grown up) is either currently starring in, or is an alum of, one of the four remaining daytime dramas – The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless – but that’s probably not enough of a hint.

So try these on for size. She is a beauty pageant winner. She has been acting since childhood and she honed her craft via a theater program. She began her career by landing roles in two back-to-back feature films. And she is (so far) a one-time soap star.

But just who can she be? Is this a photograph of Annika Noelle (Hope Logan Spencer, BB), Victoria Konefal (Ciara Brady Weston, DAYS), Rebecca Budig (ex-Hayden Barnes, GH), or Cait Fairbanks (Tessa Porter, YR)?

Annika Noelle

Noelle knew from an early age that she wanted to become an actress. She studied her craft and performed in plays at both the Kennedy Center and the Geffen Playhouse. However, she never competed in a beauty contest, so she’s automatically out of the running as the potential answer to our identity query.

Rebecca Budig

Though Budig did indeed land roles in two back-to-back motion pictures – she played a teenager in need of rescuing in Joel Schumacher’s Batman Forever and a character in caper comedy Captain Nuke and the Bomber Boys – she had actually begun her career in the made-for-television film Murder or Memory: A Moment of Truth Movie. So she isn’t today’s featured star.

Cait Fairbanks

And neither is Fairbanks. This YR star began her acting career at the age of 8 and spent the next decade or so taking the theatrical world by storm but she never competed in a pageant and her earliest filmed work was the documentary series Untold Stories of the ER as well as the crime procedural CSI: NY.

Victoria Konefal

Konefal spent her formative years enrolled in a theater program entitled the Brooklyn Heights Players – a group she was invited to join after she enthusiastically stormed the stage during a performance of The Hobbit.

That training laid the groundwork for her successful auditions for the films Forgetting Sandy Glass and Fog City. In addition to her acting, Konefal also reigned as Miss Poland USA for one year during which time she attended various charity events and discussed the history, goals, and plight of the Polish Veterans Society.

So, if you guessed that the future star of soaps seen in the image above was Victoria Konefal – who recently sent shockwaves through the daytime industry by announcing her impending exit from DAYS (her first and only stab at the soap opera genre) – then you were absolutely correct!
