Each week soap operas provide fans with outstanding drama. While all the performances are wonderful, sometimes one actor’s scenes stand out above the rest!
Last week, Soap Hub named the performer of the week, then asked fans to weigh in on which performance from The Young and the Restless (YR), General Hospital (GH), Days of Our Lives (DOOL), and The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) reigned supreme!
Last week’s top performers on each show blew us away. The results are in, and they may shock you!
The Nominees
On YR, Greg Rikaart’s Kevin felt extreme devastation at Chloe’s death, and he lashed out terribly to those he felt caused it. Then, he fainted when he saw Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) casket unexpectedly open, and fans screamed out loud at the shocking turn of events.
On BB, Heather Tom who totally made fans feel Katie’s flat-out craziness. Did she or didn’t she shoot at Quinn? Then, Shelia (Kimberlin Brown) popped up out of nowhere to take it things to a completely different level.
Over on DAYS, Christopher Sean’s Paul descended further into unlikely and unusual madness on the island–causing terror and turmoil. He seemed dead set on murder.
Then, GH’s James Patrick Stewart broke our hearts as Valentin. Not only did he say goodbye to his sweet little girl in person, but he also recorded a gut-wrenching message for her. Was there a dry eye left in your house?
And The Winner Is…
Fans agreed with Soap Hub’s pick of James Patrick Stewart with 48% of you picking the both vulnerable and villainous Cassidine as last week’s top performer.
His tearful goodbye to Charlotte moved many of you to tears showed the softer side of this multifaceted character.
Coming in second was Greg Rikaart on YR with 32% of the vote. Heather Tom and Christopher Sean garnered 18% and 2% respectively.
