The Week of March 10, 2025
Find out if any of your favorite actors and actresses from yesteryear are returning to the shows you watch, if any newcomers have been cast in contract, recurring, or day-player roles, or if any popular performers are about to make their exit.
General Hospital
A star of The Golden Bachelorette is heading to GH. Guy Gansert, the retired ER doctor who came in runner-up to Chock Chapple on Joan Vassos’ season of the ABC reality series, is set to portray Geoffrey Beckett, a wildlife journalist. He visits Port Charles on Wednesday, March 12 in scenes with Cynthia Watros’ Nina and Maura West’s Ava.
Bryce Dufree has nabbed the role of Vaughn, the WSB agent who’ll be training Josslyn (Eden McCoy). The actor, who debuted last Friday, has a long list of credits, including Last Man Standing, Aquarius, Yellowstone, and Hacks.
Braedyn Bruner gets more screen time as Emma Drake. She airs in scenes with Giovanni Mazza’s Gio on Tuesday, March 11.
Days of our Lives
Emily O’Brien returns to DAYS as Theresa Donovan after seven months off the canvas. She shares family scenes with Eric Martsolf’s Brady and Leo Howard’s Tate on Monday, March 10. O’Brien made her last appearance as Theresa in August 2024, when her character was sent off to Statesville prison for tampering with Victor’s will.
Tina Huang is back as Melinda Trask on Monday, March 10. The former Salem DA interacts with Ashley Puzemis’ Holly and Peyton Meyer’s Doug.
Ros Gentle resurfaces as the mentally unstable Rachel Blake. The Lady in White has scenes with her former hostage, Tamara Braun’s Ava, on Monday, March 10.
Rachel Boyd is back as Sophia Choi. The pregnant teen gets screen time opposite Leo Howard’s Tate on Friday, March 14.
The Young and the Restless
Good news for fans of Y&R’s Abbott family, particularly its female members. Two prominent ones are resurfacing. Beth Maitland is back as Traci Abbott on Wednesday, March 12. Look for the character to share surprising news with her brother, Jack (Peter Bergman).
Look for Traci to be accompanied by her onscreen love. Christopher Cousins is back as Dr. Alan Laurent.
Melissa Ordway, who shifted to recurring status in 2024, is slated to pop back in as Abby Newman Winters. Ordway took to Instagram to reveal that she’d be returning to Genoa City soon “for a couple of episodes” with the Newman and Winters clans. Hopefully, she will get to interact with her Abbott side of the family, too.
Conner Floyd will rack up more airtime as Chance Chancellor as the investigation into Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and Sharon’s (Sharon Case) disappearance gains momentum. The Genoa City cop appears on Monday, March 11, Wednesday, March 12, and Friday, March 14, in scenes with Amelia Heinle’s Victoria, Joshua Morrow’s Nick, Jason Thompson’s Billy, Michael Graziadei’s Daniel, and Allison Lanier’s Summer.
The Bold and the Beautiful
Ashley Jones is back at the B&B studio filming scenes as Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric’s (John McCook) daughter, Dr. Bridget Forrester. The actress shared a photo of herself in the soap’s hair and makeup room on Instagram. Jones made her last appearance in December when she returned for the Forrester family’s Christmas celebration. She also received a Daytime Emmy nomination as Guest Performer for her work on the soap in 2024.
A top cop resurfaces this week. Dan Martin reappears as Deputy Chief Baker on Thursday, March 13 and Friday, March 14. Look for Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s Steffy to summon Baker to deal with the Luna (Lisa Yamada) situation.
Beyond the Gates
Nischelle Turner guest stars as Linda on Tuesday, March 11. The character is Jacob’s (Jibre Hordges) new partner.
