Days of our Lives Casting
Peter Porte is heading back to DAYS as Dimitri Von Leuschner, the character he first began playing on Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem in 2021 and brought to DAYS in 2023. Viewers can expect to see the man who jilted both Gwen (Emily O’Brien) and Leo (Greg Rikaart) back on the canvas later this winter. His arrival will coincide with the upcoming nuptials of Leo and Javi (Al Calderon). Porte spoke out about his time on the show when he left two years ago.
Also returning to the soap is Wes Ramsey, who portrayed Owen Kent in 2009. His diabolical character kidnapped Stephanie under orders from EJ during the height of the DiMera-Kiriakis feud and was prosecuted and sent to prison, but escaped while being transported there. Ramsey was last seen as Peter August on General Hospital.
Matthew Ashford and Melissa Reeves continue their latest run as Jack and Jennifer Deveraux. Reeves has a tense interaction with AnnaLynne McCord’s Cat on Friday, December 5.
Meanwhile, Ashford’s Jack offers some advice to a loved one on Friday, December 5. He shares scenes with his onscreen grandson, Cary Christopher’s Thomas.
Alice Halsey returns as Rachel Black. Eric Martsolf’s Brady struggles to get through to his troubled daughter on Tuesday, December 2.
Rachel Boyd is back as Sophia Choi on Wednesday, December 3 and Thursday, December 4. She shares intriguing scenes with Halsey. Here’s the lowdown on Boyd.
Thaao Penghlis gets more airtime as Tony DiMera. Look for the character to bond with his kidnapped siblings, Billy Flynn’s Chad and Stacy Haiduk’s Kristen.
The Young and the Restless Casting
Eileen Davidson and Beth Maitland are back as Ashley and Traci Abbott on Y&R. The TV siblings strategize to protect Jabot with Peter Bergman’s Jack on Monday, December 1.
Roger Howarth continues his stint as Mitch Bacall, aka Matt Clark. Look for Eric Braeden’s Victor to confront his character on Wednesday, December 3. Here’s everything you need to know about Howarth, who made a daytime name for himself as Todd Manning on One Life to Live.
Matt Cohen is back on the beat as Detective Burrow. The cop investigating Noah’s (Lucas Adams) car crash shares scenes with Howarth and Braeden this week. Cohen boarded Y&R after stints on General Hospital and Supernatural.
After Danny and Christine’s nuptials, Michael Damian and Lauralee Bell completed their latest run on the soap. The characters headed off on their honeymoon last week; however, the door has been left open for the two actors to return at a later date. Damian and Bell shared their thoughts on filming their big TV wedding.
Also on the exit front, Tricia Cast wrapped up her visit as Nina Webster, Christine’s best friend. And Patty Weaver finished up her time in town as Gina Roma, Danny’s big sister.
General Hospital Casting
A wedding and a belated Thanksgiving gathering mean family celebrations on GH. Cosette Abinante pops in as Scout Cain, Drew (Cameron Mathison), and the late Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) daughter. The little girl is on hand as Drew and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) attempt their second trip down the aisle. Here’s a look back at the couple’s last ill-fated wedding.
Viron Weaver resurfaces as Wiley Corinthos. Look for Michael’s (Rory Gibson) son to be on hand for his family’s Thanksgiving festivities.
Vernee Watson gets more airtime as Stella Henry. Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) outspoken aunt continues to stir things up this week.
The soap’s popular teen trio is back on the Port Charles scenes, too. Expect to see more of Finn Carr as Rocco Falconeri, Asher Antonzyn as Danny Morgan, and Bluesy Burke as Charlotte Cassadine. Check out how Carr and Alexa Havins welcomed Burke to their family fold.
Nazneen Contractor returns as Justine Turner. As the investigation into Dalton’s disappearance heats up, the assistant district attorney gets more screen time.
The Bold and the Beautiful Casting
Sydney Bullock returns as Dylan on B&B. The character, who originally appeared as Hayes’ (Bryan David Garlick) summer school teacher, makes a big reveal in scenes with Laneya Grace’s Electra, Crew Morrow’s Will, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s Steffy, and Tanner Novlan’s Finn.
After a brief appearance last week, the Forrester family patriarch is back. John McCook gets more airtime as Eric. He shares powerful scenes with his onscreen son, Thorsten Kaye’s Ridge. (McCook shared a behind-the-scenes look at the soap’s on-location shoot in Italy with Kaye and others earlier this year.)
Jennifer Gareis pops back in as Donna Logan Forrester. She interacts with Katherine Kelly Lang’s Brooke in an emotional moment.
