Daytime, Soap Star Birthdays
Two amazing, veteran soap stars celebrate their birthdays today, and this is your chance to send your good wishes to them on this special day.
Eileen Davidson, who portrays Ashley Abbott on The Young and the Restless (YR) and in the past on The Bold and the Beautiful (BB), as well as Kristen DiMera on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) celebrates her 58th birthday tomorrow.
This daytime beauty seems to do it all. Davidson is on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (with a record-breaking salary), she just finished filming A Walk to Vegas, and her hit book, Dial Emmy For Murder: A Soap Opera Mystery, will soon be turned into a movie!
As for the birthday boy, Jordi Vilasuso (Dario, DOOL) celebrates his 36th today. He too has numerous small screen and silver screen credits to his name in addition to appearing in the past on canceled sudsers Guiding Light as Tony Santos and All My Children as Griffin Castillo.
These two will most likely be co-stars soon when Davidson begins filming Kristen’s (or will it be Susan Banks or one of the others?) return to Salem. Until then, these Daytime Emmy winners have not had the pleasure of being sudser co-stars.
