Last week, news broke that former General Hospital (GH) star Ingo Rademacher is jumping ship and headed to The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) as the new Thorne Forrester and now we know when we’ll see him.
The hugely popular star now has been told a date to report to work, along with when his first show airs, according to Soap Opera Digest. The true-born son of Eric Forrester will be returning to Los Angeles at the end of sweeps month — November 27.
Of course, the actor reports to work much earlier than that. He’ll be arriving at his new studio Tuesday, October 24.
Rademacher and Winsor Harmon, the previous actor to play Thorne, have shown on social media that there are no hard feelings, with Harmon wishing his friend luck filling his big size 11 shoes. Rademacher joked that his feet were a size 13, so it shouldn’t be a problem. You can see the tweet for yourself below.
Meanwhile, what does this mean for Josslyn’s (Eden McCoy) dad on General Hospital? Will we never see Jax again, the character Rademacher created and has played on and off since 1996? Or will the show recast? Only time will tell.
