All My Children’s beloved Mark LaMura, who played Erica’s brother, Mark Dalton, has passed away at the age of 68 after a battle with lung cancer.
The actor played Erica’s brother Mark off and on from 1976 until 2005. Some of the actor’s finest moments on the soap was when he battled drug addiction in the 80s. You can watch some of those scenes in the video below.
Susan Lucci was shocked by his death and posted a loving tribute on Instagram on Monday night, which you can see below.
In addition to his work on AMC, LaMura appeared in various primetime series, such as The Sopranos and Law and Order: Special Victim’s Unit. He also had a brief part on One Life to Live in 2007.
