It looks like Stefan O. DiMera will be looking slightly different on Days of Our Lives as former General Hospital star Brandon Barash steps in for his former co-star.
According to Daytime Confidential, Tyler Christopher will be taking a break from his role as Stefan on Days of Our Lives, a role he began when his character crashed Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abby’s (Marci Miller) New Year’s Eve party in 2018.
Brandon Barash will be taking over the role while Christopher takes some personal time. It is unclear how long he will be covering for his former co-star, or what day he will make his debut but since DAYS shoots six months ahead, it won’t be until sometime in 2019.
Barash made a name for himself on the daytime scene when he played junior mobster Johnny Zacchara from 2007-2016 on GH. He was also married to co-star Kirsten Storms (Maxie) and together they have an adorable daughter, Harper.
