General Hospital (GH) star Kimberly McCullough is one busy lady.
She’s appearing at the annual Port Charles Nurses’ Ball as Robin this month and expects a brand-new baby boy any day.
Now, the very busy actress has announced that she’s been accepted into the TV Director Mentorship Program with the Director’s Guild of America.
The program is made up of veteran mentors and “early-career” proteges. McCullough, who has directed several episodes of shows like Pretty Little Liars, will be one of 11 proteges.
McCullough honed her TV skills growing up in front of the camera as Robin since 1985, when she was just seven years old.
In recent years, she has made directing her main focus and even participated in the ABC Director Fellow Program, shadowing more experienced directors and learning by watching.
While GH fans would love to see Robin on their screens full-time, she fits in appearances when she can, but will start her most important role this spring–as mom to a bundle of blue.
