Not Even Close
It was a close battle for last place, as a winning 85% of the audience made it clear that only Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) can be expected to still end up together, no matter what. Who cares that the original marriage was blackmail? Who cares that they’ve cheated with and married other people? Who cares that, as soon as Sonny was pronounced dead, Carly ran off to marry Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), the man she could never get out of her system? It’s Sonny and Carly 4Evah!
First Love
The winner among the losers is the 7% of you who are rooting for Carly and Jason to finally make it work. She only married Sonny the first time because she wanted Jason, and it makes sense for her to end up with him now that the man they both loved was gone for some time.

The Other General Hospital First
As for Sonny, he never got over Brenda (Vanessa Marcil), a slightly smaller 6% insist. Every time she’s come back, he made a beeline straight for her. Carly who? He might as well admit it and go after her with everything Sonny’s got.
New Girl In Town
Only 2% voted for Sonny and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). She’s a new woman in his life. But he’s also a new man. He’s not just Sonny and he’s not just Mike. He’s both men. And at least half of them still love Nina.
