Danny doesn’t know it yet, but he’s close to getting his dad back on General Hospital this week. In fact, the first Jason sighting for fans happens Monday, July 13. Meanwhile, it looks like Portia goes into labor. Here’s your spoilers video preview for the week of July 13-17.

Key Takeaways

  • Jason finally returns to the screen as Danny hopes his father will soon come home.
  • Drew shows signs of movement, leaving Willow and Nina scrambling to stay ahead.
  • Portia appears to go into labor in a frightening moment with no help in sight.

This Week on GH: July 13-17, 2026

Danny Wants Jason Home

Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is free. Now it’s Jason’s turn. It was part of the deal that Joss (Eden McCoy) struck with Z (John Oliver), the head of the WSB. When we first see Jason (Steve Burton), he’s in the supermax prison. In fact, a guard is pushing him back into his cell as we hear Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) say to someone, “My dad’s in prison because he covered for Rocco. Needless to say, Danny and Rocco (Finn Carri) will have rough days ahead. The bright light in this is that Jason should. be returning home. But will he be the same person who left?

Drew’s Moving His Hands and Feet

Meanwhile, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is worried. And she probably has every right to be. “We are running out of the paralytic. We won’t be able to control Drew much longer,” she states as the promo shows Drew (Cameron Mathison) moving his extremities. Willow and Nina (Cynthia Watros) are in a major bind. They don’t have the leverage that Jack (Chris McKenna) said he had. So if Drew’s locked-in status disappears, Willow could especially be in trouble because Drew knows things. Unless he comes out of this a changed man, of course.

Portia Goes Into Labor

Finally, Portia (Brook Kerr) is alone. And she screams in pain. The kind of pain only a pregnant woman who’s about to deliver a baby can feel. “This baby’s coming right now,” Portia says, but we have no idea to whom she says it. We also don’t know if anyone is on their way to help. Where’s Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson)? Where’s Curtis (Donnell Turner)?
