You had to know it was coming when Franco learned Hayden and Liz were more than just enemies the same day Paul pushed Nurse Webber down the stairs on General Hospital.

Liz is now fighting for her life and Franco can be the only one to save her–IF he tells the truth. And, it looks like he’s about to do just that. Will Hayden do what she needs to do to keep her number one enemy alive?
